# Rotating Your Merchant GUID

Follow these steps to rotate your Merchant GUID on Shopify Native. All steps start in your store admin.

  **Before you start**

  * Have your new Merchant GUID to hand.
  * Your Merchant ID does not change.
  * Questions? Contact your Global-e account manager.

## Steps

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Global-e app">
    Go to **Apps → Global-e CrossBorder** on your store admin.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find your current details">
    Under **Account Settings**, find your **Merchant ID** and **Merchant GUID**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Switch the GUID">
    Switch the **Merchant GUID** to your new GUID.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Save the app and wait for approval.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Force a cache refresh">
    Under **Global-e CrossBorder**, go to **Settings**.

    Search for **Invalidate Cache** and select **Force cache refresh**.
